I was there with a broken wrist and the waitress responded without hesitation and asked if they should cut the pizza. Employees always have a friendly smile on their faces. All in all a really good place to eat. Gladly again :)

The "Ciao Bella" is located in Leipzig Central Station and offers travelers the opportunity to have an Italian lunch there. It is not particularly cozy, it looks more like a snack. Inside it is relatively spacious, has about 9-11 tables and is often full. I often have the impression that the waiter is extremely friendly, unfortunately he makes a subliminally annoyed or stressed impression. Especially at peak times, an expansion of the staff in the area of ​​customer care would be very clever in my opinion, also to relieve the existing waiter. Unfortunately, he doesn't seem to really enjoy his job and it is often difficult to get his attention at all. The order intake and the first demand during the meal are still working very well, but if you want to ask him something in between or you have to pay, you have almost no chance, as he keeps running past you and pays no attention. If you decide not to tip due to this lack of interest and a not really outstanding quality of food, he reacts very unprofessionally and you get an unfriendly remark - quote: "Thank you for nothing!" Banged on the head and it is made a clear guilty conscience, or you are verbally put under pressure to tip. The portions are reasonably large, you will definitely get full. At least spaghetti bolognese and spaghetti carbonara do not taste like homemade, but as if they were helped with a "bag". The carbonara has by far nothing to do with the original and both are really extremely greasy and just really not tasty, but unfortunately after a ready meal ... At least for the pasta I think the prices are not appropriate. The only thing I can currently keep up with is that the waiting time is usually pleasantly short.

Had the big pasta box to go with Penne Carbonara. Unfortunately tasted bad. Pasta very soft and sauce very liquid and no taste. And for 5 €. Price-performance absolutely not given.

Went to ciao bella for two around 7 p.m. We have ordered an insalate pollo and an insalate caprese. Both were at our table about 7 minutes later. The salads were very tasty and filling, especially the dressing of the house was really tasty. The ambience was pleasant with comfortable seating areas for 2 to 4 people and some tables for up to 8 people as well as standing tables with stools. The waiter was friendly. Find no reason to remove stars. Especially since we had lunch with another Italian on the same day, who was far worse.
